ORDER CONFIRMATION
MOS My Own Space orders are not considered complete until the customer receives an email confirmation from MOS My Own Space that the order has been shipped.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
MOS My Own Space gift certificates are appropriate for any occasion. They can be ordered in any denomination and sent directly to the recipient. *Gift certificates will only be accepted for purchases made in our 7840 Girard Ave. showroom.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
Stocked merchandise in its original condition (including original packaging) may be returned for a full merchandise refund within 7 days of pick-up or delivery. Non-refundable fees include the original delivery charge and any assembly fees. In addition, a pick-up fee (equal to the original delivery charge) will be retained. Returns are accepted on all items (except: opened bedding, special ordered upholstered furniture and case goods where finishes and fabrics are selected by the customer and sale items)
HOW ARE BACKORDERS HANDLED?
Although MOS My Own Space strives to keep all current products in stock for immediate delivery, this unfortunately is not always possible. Please note the listed lead time under each product on the product details page. If the item is not in stock, you are welcome to continue with your order. When the item is received into our warehouse, we will contact you to coordinate delivery.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY MERCHANDISE IS DAMAGED?
The products are well packaged and transit damage is rare. Nevertheless, it can occur, and if it does you will be able to discover it when the goods are unpacked and examined AT THE TIME OF THE DELIVERY.
INSPECT all items in the presence of the delivery person/people. If the goods are not in the expected condition, you may reject the delivery or have delivery driver CLEARLY mark on the delivery receipt ALL damages. If for some reason there should be damage or a defect, please notify us IMMEDIATELY by calling 1.866.60.Space (77223) so that we may rectify the situation and arrange for a replacement item to be sent as soon as possible.
SHIPPING
Our online shipping rates reflect charges shipping Fed Ex ground to the 48 states. If you would like an order shipped outside of the 48 states shipping rates will vary.
